Greenough House
This house was built prior to 1912 to house the manager at the Pueblo mine, Mr. Greenough. The residence was vacated after the mine ceased operations toward the end of the of World War I.
Krautschneider House
This residence is believed to have been constructed sometime prior to 1913. Longtime Whitehorse residents, the Krautschneiders, remained owners and occupiers until 1999 when the building was moved to the City of Whitehorse compound lot awaiting a new future.

The Whitney Black Silver Fox Farm
J.P. Whitney, part proprietor of Whitney & Pedlar before its amalgamation with Taylor & Drury, constructed the log dwelling in 1914. It was built to house Charles Barlow, warden of the J.P. Whitney Black Silver Fox Farm.
